As the hospitality industry transitions from a service delivery model to an experience paradigm, private clubs must innovate and deliver exceptional experiences for their members. Curating these experiences demands skills and strategies that combine built environments, technology and AI integration, creative personalization, intentional exclusivity, and servicescape. Participants attending this session will engage with global case studies in experiential luxury and learn from real world examples. They will come away with ideas on how to implement these concepts to create WOW at their clubs.
