Our Members are Private Club Management Professionals who serve Oregon's finest golf, city, athletic and social membership clubs. Our Association serves and supports our Members with programs, events 
and resources that promote camaraderie, professional growth and the success of private member clubs throughout the state.

Access | CMAA Members get Access to a wide range of reference/resource materials and services that are designed to help club management professionals succeed.  Membership provides access to publications, research archives, peer-tested club ideas, best practice tools, and Staff Training through the Club Resource Center on the CMP web/app at cmaaoregon.org.

Community | CMAA Members get Connected to a local Community.  The Oregon Chapter CMAA produces  professional development events,  networking opportunities, manager round tables, social gatherings and an Annual Golf Tournament.   

Education | CMAA Members get Club Specific Education - on line, in the local Chapters and Nationally at Annual World Conference, Business Management Institutes,  and CMAA 3 day Summits across USA. CMAA's educational programming can lead to professional certification.

Support | CMAA Members get Support with online career counseling, job opportunity listings and employment services. CMO offers annual Chapter Scholarships. The Club Foundation offers a variety of scholarships and grants aimed at supporting and advancing a Club Professional's career path.

CMO Members | HR Resources | As a CMO Member, the club you serve has access to the services of HR Answers, a Human Resource Company.  They can provide sample forms, interview questions, job descriptions,handbook language, sample policies AND they have a HR Hotline designed to support Clubs by providing answers to frequently asked Human Resource related questions.  CMO Members have unlimited access to HR Answers team of professional, certified consultants.  

Partner Support | Select local businesses with Club knowledge, products, services and expertise are ready to support you in the successful operation and management of your Club. 

Rose Card | CMO Membership lets you give your Club Directors the gift of complimentary greens fees at participating Chapter Member Clubs and Courses around the state.  It's the Chapter's way of saying thank you to those who dedicate their time and talents to our Member Clubs.
